If the samsung works as a monitor, and the webcam works, and you have a fairly reasonable wireless connection, then YES.

This should not be an issue for the CC Compute Sticks with Core m3 or Core m5 processors. The SC Compute Stick with Atom x5 processor may be a little more challenged supporting this, but it should still work.
