When I right click I don't have an option says ''Intel HD Graphics Settings'' or control panel. And when I try to open it manually from System32 folder, nothing happens. Help please.

Hi mkayar,

I understand you are tying to open the Intel® graphics control panel and you already updated the graphics drivers. Let me help you on this matter.

I would need some information about your driver and hardware configuration.

Please run the following utility and attach the results:

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Hi mkayar,

Thank you for the report. I appreciate it.

You computer seems to have hybrid graphics, this means you are currently on Intel® graphics controller and Nvidia* card.

I recommend the following:

1. Please remove any graphics drivers from your computer by using Programs and features from Windows® Control Panel

2. Install the latest graphics drivers from Intel at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27267/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=86210 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27267/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=86210

3. Download and install Nvidia* graphics drivers from your computer manufacturer's website.

Please let me know your findings.

Regards,

Thank you for replying me. I just solved the problem. I installed a driver package from my computer model's website (Monster) and now I'm able to access to the control panel.

Hi again! I just find the actual problem. My driver version is now ''10.18.15.4274''. And when I update it to version ''20.19.15.4835'' (which is the latest one) my control panel disappeares again. And the old version causes input lag while I'm playing games. Is this problem has a solution ?

Hi mkayar,

I am sorry to read that you are still having this issue.

I have been working with the latest graphics drivers version 4835 for a while and I did not find this type of problem with our laptops. It might be that your computer requires drivers from your computer manufacturer.

I recommend contacting Monster for customized drivers that were designed for your computer model.

Regards,
