There will be two tables for the two different pin outs that are available on the market. The new standard is HD audio, this standard does not use signals like the Mic-In and Mic-Bias since those are signal names for the AC 97 standard. It seems to me that the standard on the audio front panel of your chassis is AC 97 so it does not match the information available for the motherboard which uses HD Audio. The web site above gives you information on how to match each standard and each pin.
Concerning the cable from your DVD or CD rom drive to your motherboard, that cable is no longer required, therefore the motherboard does not have a header or port to connect it to.This is properly explained on this site:
