We have RMA'd a number of these devices now. We continue to have issues with the Sticks randomly rebooting. Right now I have a stick running with the default Microsoft display driver installed which means audio doesn't work, but the stick isn't crashing. Are there any known conflicts involving the display adapter? I've also tried having the system look for the audio driver but continue using the Microsoft display driver but it is unable to locate the audio driver via Windows update.
This issue is really problematic for us. Is there any diagnostic software available for download that would allow us to scan these devices to see what is potentially the cause of our issues? Or is it possible to have Intel do any sort of diagnostic scan/test on an RMA'd unit and let us know what, if anything is found?
One thing about these sticks is that they have been imaged using Clonezilla but we have other systems (non Compute Sticks) that we also use Clonezilla on and do not have any issues.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
I am terribly sorry that your issue persists, allow me to help you regarding this matter.
I would like to have more information about the problem you are facing and replicate it at our lab, for me to achieve so, please fill the following form and paste it into your next post: https://communities.intel.com/thread/77761
Then, provide me with a detailed explanation of how the reboot occurs and if it is possible for me to get this software you are using to exactly replicate the situation.
