Hello, gipedrosa.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reach the Intel® Communities Team.

After translating your post I was able to understand you are having some issues when you watch videos on your HP* computer. Allow me to help you regarding this issue you are facing.

In this case, I would like to have more information about your system for me to assist you further. Please follow these steps to provide this information:

Provide a DxDiag report.

1. On the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

3. Click on Save All Information (save it to your desktop).

4. Attach the .TXT file to your response on the Thread

Then, please run the Intel® System Support Utility on your computer and attach the .TXT file that the tool will generate. Here you have the link for you to download the software: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

And, if you do not mind, I would like to have an image of the error you are receiving while playing videos.

To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
