      Hi Tech,

      PART# 82634TDSZR300DK

      Customer ordered 2pcs above part and found 1 pc doesn't work.  Please see the 2nd attached picture, that shows “No device detected”, it is for "NG" part.

      The 1st attached picture is for "OK" part. Could you help check and advise if "NG" part is defective?

          Thanks for contacting Intel RealSense community. 

          Can you please share with me the system configuration you are using to connect the ZR300 cameras? 

          I ask you this because the ZR300 cameras have only been validated on Joule 570x and the Aaeon UP board. 

          Are you using a different system than this two mentioned boards? 

          I will be waiting for your reply to continue to troubleshoot the issue.
