The Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) tool should be ready to go back online by the end of the week, perhaps even by Thursday, Jan-18.
You can look up drivers manually though:
1. Go to the http://downloadcenter.intel.com
2. Click the icon for your product (don't click "Automatically update your drivers", which is the IDSA and is down for maintenance)
3. Filter by OS, product, etc.
Does that help?

Thank you for waiting
I just want to let you know Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) is back online, you should be prompted to upgrade to the newest version v188.8.131.52 to start the scan if you have any problem please let me know
DSA is not working for me: It just says that there is an error and gives no further information. This is on an Insignia Flex tablet running windows (NW-P11W6100). The audio and webcam are not working after the Fall Creators update (1709) and the OEM says to run DSA.
