The Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) tool should be ready to go back online by the end of the week, perhaps even by Thursday, Jan-18.
You can look up drivers manually though:
1. Go to the http://downloadcenter.intel.com
2. Click the icon for your product (don't click "Automatically update your drivers", which is the IDSA and is down for maintenance)
3. Filter by OS, product, etc.
