I am an Intel Technology Partner, ive completed the update to Gold 4 times (3 in December and once in January) and nothing happens, still says to Qualified for Gold! Apply for Upgrade > .
The "CHAT with INTEL" is always "Chat unavailable", clicking support gets me vacuumed in to the HUGE Intel support site where i cant open a ticket (at least i can never find it), my Intel Rep phone number doesnt work (used to now doesn't). It cant be this hard to open a support ticket being an Intel Technology Partner can it?
