In this case, what we recommend is to install the drivers provided by Gigabyte, since those drivers were customized by them to work with your specific platform. Please install the AHCI driver version 18.104.22.1689, you will find it under the SATA RAID/AHCI tab:

In this case, the fact that our driver is newer might be the reason why it works better, but since the driver provided by Gigabyte is not working properly, what we recommend to do next will be to get in contact directly with them to report this scenario so they can do further research on this matter and provide further technical or warranty assistance, maybe they can try to replicate this issue on their lab with the same board you are using:

This i got as answer from Gigabyte:
THis could be a software interrupt, please unstall the driver first from the device manager, if the problem still there you should install the O.S. newly again.
Ok after doing this my PC would not start again and any repair of MS did not worked. So installed again Win !0 pro till the latest version.
After that the same problem was there again! And the i did what i should do the first time
Unplugged drive by drive and then after unplug my old OCZ vertex 2 the system stayed stable
So that was the problem!!!
So after 3 day of hardworking i got it all fixed!
And also with the Intel 100 driver
