Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I appreciate your feedback
We need to have our Intel engineering team to investigate this matter and they will need additional information in regard to your system and driver configuration.
Please fill out the following form as complete as possible https://communities.intel.com/thread/77761
Thank you for your time.
As I do despair in the use of this editor here which keeps correcting my inputs with its undefeatable spell checking I was not able to fill in this form you requested. I really tried hard. It always tries to translate every word into something else underlining everything red and changing whole words.
But as there are already a lot of reports according to the problems with latest GFX_WIN10_64_126.96.36.19935 you can consider this report as a duplicate.
For what I've tested:
The problems occur with older games (Halo2, BioShock, HalfLife2, e.g.) on
Intel NUC D54250WYK/H with Windows7 and Windows10 and GFX_WIN10_64_188.8.131.5235:
Artefacts, horizontal flickering lines like interference from old crt monitors. All settings tested - nothing helps but downgrading driver.
Intel NUC 5I5RYK/H with Windows10 and GFX_WIN10_64_184.108.40.20635
Same symptoms like above, Windows7 works with this driver.
All BIOS updated to latest version, all fresh installs
Thank you for your reply and the information provided on the system and driver version for graphics and OS that you have, also for the games examples, we are going to investigate on the matter and post back when news becomes available
I am sorry to hear you had problems with the report I have previously requested. This type of report is really important to try to isolate this issue with our engineering department.
You can copy it in Microsoft* Word and fill it out. Try to disable any translation language applications first.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
I need the information so I can try to isolate this matter. Please consider using a friend's computer or any other strategy.
Thank you for your time
