If you are asking about upgrading your i7-2630QM processor, you will have to ask Samsung what processors are supported by thier bios.
An upgrade processor must be socket, bios, and chipset compatible. Only Samsung can tell you what their bios supports.
Now, even if you do upgrade to a newer processor, it will not benefit you with Windows 10, if that is your intent.
Wifh such an old processor and laptop, it is my opinion that you would be far better off with a new or newer laptop that is fully supported.
The Russian division of Samsung has no information of this level. The maximum that there is the tech support info from the user guide.

Usually Windows 10 on a faster processor works faster. But we are more happy with windows 7)
