Have you tested the latest Intel® HD Graphics driver: Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.60]?
You can try the following method for the installation: Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and.... The issue could remain after the installation of this driver, I have confirmed in our database that this is a know issue. Currently, we have debugged and investigated this issue, concluding that its occurring as per OS design. We filed an internal bug already .

we seem to be going over old ground here; in my previous post I stated I tried a manual entry but my PC suggests I have the latest update (refer screenshot).
Looking through the forum, I can see this has been a know bug for well over a year. I'm puzzled how that can be...there is so much that's good about the NUC its a real pity that it has this issue....
