I can see that you are having problems with your processor as it is slowing down and it is visible in the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility, I apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.
Regarding this problem, we are unable to tell what could be slowing down the processor, I would like to have a little more information, can you please download our Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and scan the system to see the reported frequency?
Once we have this, we will be able to have a better insight, please download it from the following link and then reply with the results:
