We understand your concern regarding the warranty of the Intel® Optane™ SSD 900P Series.
As per warranty document, this only applies to the original purchaser. Here is the statement of the document:
This limited warranty, and any implied warranties that may exist under applicable state, national, provincal or local law, apply only to you as the original purchaser of the product and lasts only for as long as you continue to own the product.
We recommend you to purchase a new unit so you will be able to claim the warranty in case you need it.
