Unable to present via Virtual Extended Display

After connecting to a hub, I'm able to present via "Screen # 1" without any issues. However, I can not present via Virtual Extended Display. We get the "circles" for about 30 / 60 seconds without connecting. This was working fine two weeks ago, but is no longer working today. I'm not aware of any changes to the environment which would cause this.

I attempted to uninstall the Extended Display and re-install, but this did not help.

Any suggestions on what I can try to determine the issue?

Thanks,

Bruce Edelen

baedelen: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Unite™ App communities. We will do our best to assist you with this scenario.

In order to try to find the most accurate solution for this problem, could you please provide a detailed description of the configuration or environment you are using?

What is the Intel® Unite version installed on your system?

What is the model of the client and the hub?

Which Windows version are you using?

If it is possible, please provide a picture of when the problem happens.

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards,

We are using Intel Unite Enterprise.

The Hub is a Lenovo M910 Windows 7 and the Client is Lenovo T430 Windows 7.

Intel Unite version 3.1.45.26

When selecting "Choose Virtual Extended Display"......

I get the spinning circles for about 1 minute, without ever connecting..... Again this was working fine a few weeks ago, so would like some assistance to help determine what changed in the environment to cause it to stop working.

Thanks,

I've attached the log file from running the Client in debug mode.

Notice the "Virtual monitor not found after 30 seconds!!" message.

Thanks,

Bruce

Hello Bruce Edelen,

Did you fixed the issue about can't present by the virtual extend display?

I have this issue too about 4 weeks.

No, this issue has not been resolved. Intel Unite support had me upgrade to the latest version. However, this did not resolve my issue. This started happening in our environment about 4 weeks ago as well.
