We understand that you're having issues with your adapter becoming disabled and disappearing in Windows® 10. Please bear in mind that the Intel® Centrino® Ultimate-N 6300 has been discontinued and is no longer applicable for support.

Another problematic point worth mentioning is that your adapter is only partially supported in Windows® 10. Since it does not meet Microsoft's requirements for a Windows® 10 driver, it makes do using the latest Windows 8.1* drivers available for it (these are included in the Win10 drivers package). In some cases, uninstalling the driver allowing the inbox driver (OS provided generic version) to be installed may yield better results.

We can also recommend to update your OS to Windows® 10 Fall Creators Update (1709), we've seen a few cases where this new build actually resolved issues for legacy adapters.
We hope this information helps.
