In order to look for the most accurate solution for this situation, we just need to confirm a few details about your system, please provide the SSU and the DxDiag report:
Click on the “Start Menu” Type “DxDiag” Press “Enter” Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading
In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click “Save All Information” Save the file DxDiag.txt
Also, please provide a picture of the monitor where you are detecting this problem, in order for us to see the borders on it.
If you open any other application or different browsers, when you expand the Window, are you able to get the full screen?
