I understand you are having some issues with the Intel® Graphics installed on your computer. Allow me to help you regarding this problem you are facing.
Lets try to manually install the Graphics driver for your Intel® processor. In order to achieve this please follow this link in order to download the latest version for the graphics driver: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26984/eng/win64_1540136.4703.zip
Once you have the file, in order to proceed with the installation of the drivers follow the instructions of this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html
I can see that the manufacturer of your computer is HP. Please be aware that the driver I attached is a generic driver from Intel® so in the case that this will not work I will highly recommend you to contact the manufacurer of your compter.
