Driver update required but none available

Hello

I have been having an issue booting a new program.

It keeps popping up with this and wont run.

I have tried all other options.

Also have run the intel driver support assistant to no avail.

I have tried this before but it just says its the wrong one all the time.

Is it possible to be a lost cause?

Was not my laptop before so dont know how badly it could have been treated.

I also updated the RAM if that has any complications?

Never had driver issues so don't know much about them.

As for now, I will need to check some information about your computer. Please follow these steps:

 

 

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

 

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

 

3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).

 

4. Attach to this thread the report.

 

 

To attach a file, you must click "Use advanced editor" in the top right and then click the "Attach" option on the bottom right hand the response box.

 

 

After we have this information we will be able to try to look for the best solution so that you can play the game normally. But first we need the details specified above.
