I understand you are facing some issues with the Intel® Graphics that your laptop has. It will be my pleasure to assist you with your issue.
We can try to perform a manual update for your graphic drivers. In order to achieve so, please download the following .zip file. This will be the graphics version 15.60.01.4877 released on 12/7/2017: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27355/a08/win64_15.60.01.4877.zip
Then, for you to perform the manual update please follow the instructions of the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html
I can see that the computer you have is manufactured by HP. Please be aware that the driver I am sharing with you is a generic driver from Intel® and some feature of it might not be available for your machine, we always recommend verifying if there is any update with the manufacturer of the computer. Nevertheless, we can try to perform this troubleshooting step.
Please let me know which are the results.
My first and only one post I hope
Same HDMI problem here
Notebook Samsung 3500EM, windows 10 education, with intel HD620 graphics and TV LG 47LW579S-ZD, smart 3D. This LG TV worked like a charm with Toshiba Satellite L750, windows 7, in all display modes. Allmost one month I am installing and uninstalling graphic drivers. Same laptop is working with Denver 55" UHD TV, but not working with Samsung 46"...
I will attach some screen shots when HDMI connected and when not. Sound is going all time trough HDMI connection, no picture at all. Last screen shot was made with HDMI connected, sisplay set as extended, which is shown on screen shot, but no at TV.
I understand you are having the same problem with the Intel® Graphics HD620.
In order to provide you with more accurate information and a proper solution, it is my recommendation for you to open a new thread explaining your situation since we can not assist more than one issue per threat.
I really apologize for any type of inconvenience this might cause and thank you in advance for your patience.
Solved with Samsung OEM driver, found here in other thread, older than actuall. I will check if HDMI connection is working now on other TV. Thx.
Unfortunately i cant manually install the displayed 15.60 Drivers. My System says the best Drivers are already installed. I even did uninstall the Drivers and roll back to older Drivers, still i cant connect to TV.
Try the same thing I made, installing HP OEM driver, even is older than that one.
Meanwhile there is a newer driver Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.60]
To bypass "best drivers are already installed" message install driver via "have disk method" as described at:
(ignore prolog about MS surface)
fixed w new drivers. Ty mates
