Thank you for posting to the Intel® Wireless Networking Support Community.
We understand that you just build a new computer using an Intel® Core™ i5-7600K Processor on a Gigabyte B250M-DS3H* Motherboard, but are not able to detect WiFi.
Looking at the specifications for your motherboard, it does not seem to be a model that includes an integrated wireless adapter. You will more than likely need to purchase a wireless PCIe* adapter such as the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 for Desktop, or a different branded USB WiFi Dongle.
For example, your motherboard manufacturer sells some of these adapters, many of which use Intel® Wireless cards: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/WiFi-Card
