Intel HD 630

Hey, i just built my new computer (i5 7600k, Gigabyte b250M DS3H, 8GB Ram 2400Mhz). I didn't have a lot of money to build it so i decided to use the integrated graphics until i can buy a good graphic card, i had the following problems:

- The pc does not detect HD 630, it says "Intel (R) SKL/KBL Mobile/desktop", when i try to update the drivers it say that the installing package isn't compatible with this type of processor.

- And the second problem i have, i don't know if you can help, is that the pc doesn't let me connect to wifi, only on ethernet. (I tried with 3DP Net and nothing happened).

Thanks!

Install the chipset (INF) driver at first, then the graphics driver from

www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-B250M-DS3H-rev-10# support-dl

If that works, you can try the yet newer driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/97144/Intel-Core-i5-7600K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-4-20-GHz- Downloads for Intel® Core™ i5-7600K Processor (6M Cache, up to 4.20 GHz)

WIFI has an own dedicated forum

Hey, thank you so much. Can you link me please where to install the INF? I've already downloaded like 10 different drivers that doesn't work out. Ty.

- Edit: Oh, and i got into my mother drivers downloads and i couldn't find the graphics one, there isn't one i think

I already installed the INF. When i try to install the second one (300MB File) it has a lot of things to install, the first thing i try to install is the igxpin.exe and it gives me the same error: "Not compatible with the processor".

Just one thing to clarify: you do use Windows 10, not the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4012982/the-processor-is-not-supported-together-with-the-windows-version-that unsupported Windows 7 or 8?

Install driver via "have disk method" as described at:

www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface

(ignore prolog about MS surface)

That's the problem.

Neither Intel nor Microsoft support Kabylake under Windows 7/8

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4012982/the-processor-is-not-supported-together-with-the-windows-version-that

You would have to modify INF and disable driver signatures at your own risk as described at

https://communities.intel.com/thread/110152 https://communities.intel.com/thread/110152

This still won't help against Microsoft's blocking though.
