    Yocto core2-32 architecture

The recent Yocto releases have a core2-32 architecture supported in form of Intel's bsp packages. Is this compatible with Edison?

          Hello Egor,

Thank you for your interest in our Intel products.

The board's main SoC is a 22 nm Intel Atom "Tangier" (Z34XX) that includes two Atom Silvermont cores running at 500 MHz and one Intel Quark core at 100 MHz.

This BSP is optimized for the Core2 family of CPUs as well as all Atom
CPUs prior to the Silvermont core so it should be compatible with your board.
Please test it and let us know if you run into any issues.
