    Bluescreen with AC 8265

      Hi. I have a bluescreen with Intel AC 8265. I deleted old drivers and installed the new ones and still I have BSOD's. What can I do?

          Hello skend24,

           

          We understand you're receiving bluescreen crashes, and updating to the latest drivers did not help.

           

          - When do the crashes occur? For example: at boot, while browsing the web, random.

          - Would it be possible to share the memory dump from this crash? It should be located in your C:\ drive, usually named minidump or MEMORY.DMP

           

          If this file results to large to upload, please save it to your file hosting service of choice and share the link.
