The latest driver version for Intel® HD Graphics 530 is 188.8.131.5260
Since you stated that you were able to fix the issue installing another version, there is no need to reinstall another graphic driver version.

can u help me with this ? i already follow every steps but still cant solve this problems.
i cant rate my computer/ assessment fail.
dxdiag crash after close it.
it happens after i install intel hd 530 drivers.
im using windows 7 x64 ultimate.
