I can see that you are having with the Intel® SA-00086 Detection Tool. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
Regarding the problem, what we can attempt to do is to attempt a complete uninstall and the re-install. The software should actually work and help you detect the risk. If the re-installation has not worked please let us know.
It comes with zipped standalone executables. Both console and gui version. There is no any installation package so there is no any installation i can reinstall.

Is your Windows installation English or is it a different language? We have a few reports of issues with non-english systems that we are investigating.
Hi there. As I report in neighbor therad no my Win10 and Win7 is non English it's Russian IU. Both of it is SL no Pro or Enterprise. Hope this helps.
