In this case, since the computer works with Intel® HD Graphics 4600 we can try to install driver version 4835:
We always recommend to install the graphics drivers provided by the manufacturer of the PC, so if after installing their driver the problem remains, then the best thing to do will be to get in contact directly with them for further technical or warranty assistance.
