This may caused by Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Non-Volatile RAM (NVRAM) Locked did not have the flag set. I would suggest you going back to your board vendor for a workaround to fix it.
The board is Intel DQ57TM. Intel itself is the vendor.
So what would be the workaround fix?
