Thank you for the information. Version 22.10 refers to the software version but the driver version is the lower version number 18.104.22.168. Do you still encounter the said issue? As this is an onboard NIC on Intel board, you can further check with the desktop board support. However, please be informed this model is already end of interactive support, you may refer to this website for reference https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000016241/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards.html
Checking on the support site for DH61WW, Windows 10 is not on the supported operating system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/54876
I will help forward your inquiry to the board support. Thank you.
thank u for your reply.
if windows 10 doest support then what I have to do .Pl suggest me an alternative to my problem as each and every time I switch on my system I have to scan or restart the system then only I am getting connected to the internet
let me know what I have to do to overcome my problem
There is not much that we can do for you. If the driver provided does not work (you are the first to run into this), then there is nothing you can do (Windows 10 is not supported).
The only viable solution is to purchase a PCIe-based Networking card (you can get these pretty cheaply) and install and use it in place of the Intel onboard solution.
When you add this replacement, remember to go into BIOS Setup and disable the onboard solution so that it doesn't interfere with this replacement solution.
Hope this helps
