intel r hd graphics 1920x1080 in windows 10 not work

hi guy i have a notebook acer Extensa 2509 with windows 10 , last update, all drive is update and also bios is in last release , i have external monitor aoc 27 " (and i have installed also driver of monitor in the system), iconnect the first time a monitor by hdmi in my notebook , and work good , i configured a 1920x1080 by cliccking over desktop ---> display settings ----> combo box choice a 1920x1080 click save all ok .

next day after start the monitor give me only 800x600 ---------> 1366x768 , not exist a 1920x1080 , why §??? i tryed to reinstal intel driver , a try to downgrade driver , but nothing

someone can help me please ????

Hi e-Office: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We will do our best to try to fix this problem.

 

 

I was looking on Acer's web site for the graphics drivers for your platform and actually it shows that the validated operating system for this product is Windows® 8.1 - 64. So, the problem with the resolution could be related to compatibility with that operating system. In that case what we recommend is to use the "inbox" graphics driver that gets installed automatically when you install Windows® 10.

 

 

The driver validated by Acer for your system is version 3496, but for Windows® 8.1:

As an option, we can always try driver 4653 for Windows® 10, but these kind of problems might be expected if you use a Windows version that is not fully compatible with your notebook:

Hi Alberto , i tryed your solution but , not work ,but i tryed to unistall compleatly 2 time a driver , windows automatically reinstall a driver but at second time the resolution start correct 1920x1080 i hope next restart remaning in correct resolution, i copy in driver option what have installed
