Hi iZabol,

High-end graphics cards not recognized by Intel® Server Board S1200V3RPL.

Reviewing the specifications of the graphics cards, both require PCIe x16 ports on the motherboard and this Intel® board is old now and supports up to PCIe 3.0 x8.

This is the reason the old graphics cards work properly and the new version cards not.

More details of the motherboard at Intel® Server Board S1200V3RPL

GT430 - PCIe 2.0 x16

GT730 - PCIe 2.0 x16

GTX750Ti - PCIe 2.0 x16

RX560 - PCIe 3.0 x8 (electrically)

All this ver. of PCIe slots are supported electrically by motherboard according with

Hi iZabol,

High-end graphics cards not recognized by Intel® Server Board S1200V3RPL.

Thank you for your update. I have reviewed the tested cards by our engineers and both were not on the list, it could be a compatibility issue. I have attached the tested external graphics cards.

In BIOS it is necessary to set as primary Display the PCI Add-on Card and Disable processor

Integrated graphics.

Work only with NVIDIA Quadro?

Interesting!?

If work with Quadro, must work and with non-professional graphic card. (electrically, there is no difference)

For example, others vendors MOBO with c216 work with all video card correctly.

I think the problem is in BIOS (UEFI), and i will be glad (as consumer) if engineers of Intel is solve this problem!

I want and i need use GPGPU acceleration for my tasks? please help!

Hi iZabol,

High-end graphics cards not recognized by Intel® Server Board S1200V3RPL.

iZabol as a workaround disable PXE 1GbE Option ROM and PXE 10GbE Option ROM in the BIOS and try to post with the external graphics card.

Go to BIOS>Advanced Screen>PCI Configuration Screen>NIC Configuration Screen and disable both options: 1) PXE 1GbE Option ROM and 2) PXE 10GbE Option ROM

I will be waiting for the results.
