The Intel® Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework driver is normally installed when you install Windows on your computer. There is also a possibility to find the driver available in your computer manufacturer's downloads site. So, you could try running Windows Updates or to check with your computer manufacturer for the re-installation of this driver, this might address the error message you are getting. From our side, the driver is not available for the reason mentioned above.
