    DQ77KB mSATA SSD not detected

    MichiDresden

I plugged a new mSATA SSD (Apacer AP256GAS220B-1 256 GB) in the full size mSATA slot, but the BIOS doesn't detected it (mSATA Port [Not Installed]). The BIOS is the newest (0059). What can I do or is it impossible to use that mSATA SSD?

      Thank you for your help.

          Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry. It looks like your SSD is Apacer (AP256GAS220B) and not from Intel. I would recommend talking with the manufacturer and seeing if there could be an issue with the SSD. I'm sorry I'm not able to provide any additional support. Intel stopped making boards several years ago so this forum is just supported by the community (not Intel Product Support Engineers). I hope that helps.

          Thanks and regards,

          Mary T.
