Thanks for your inquiry. It looks like your SSD is Apacer (AP256GAS220B) and not from Intel. I would recommend talking with the manufacturer and seeing if there could be an issue with the SSD. I'm sorry I'm not able to provide any additional support. Intel stopped making boards several years ago so this forum is just supported by the community (not Intel Product Support Engineers).
