In order to try to fix this problem, we can try to install driver 4849:
Just to confirm if this scenario might be related to a regression bug, if the problem remains with the driver above, please install the following which is version 4821:
Did you make any recent software/hardware changes on the NUC, like a Windows update?
In reference to this problem, did the NUC work fine before?
Did you get in contact with Microsoft about this scenario in order to get further suggestions?
