Hi April. I am sorry you have experienced issues trying to get the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant installed. We released a newer version of the application on Tuesday December 5, so I would like to see if this version will install properly for you. Please go to the Control Panel and uninstall the current Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. Then go to the folder located at C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA and delete those IDSA log files. The reinstall the new IDSA version from the main install page: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
If this version gives you the same install error, please send me the new log files from the folder located at C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA and a screen shot of the error.
