I have been trying to get qpeek to work. I submit a job and then query it using:
$ qpeek -o 28xxx
$ qpeek -e 28xxx
$ qpeek 28xxx
and so on.
qpeek --help returns instructions however following it does not give any results at all.
I submitted the following script:
And while it is on sleep, when i run the qpeek command, nothing at all is returned.
After the job is finished the waiter.sh.oXXXXX file has started and ended in it.
Am I doing something wrong here?
It is possible that the job completed and qpeek did not get a chance to peek.
Alternate is to run qsub with the "-k oe" option
qsub -k oe my_script
std i/o and error will be dumped into your home directory and you can check anytime while jobs are running.
