Hey, I'm having a difficulty with the code for the product that was given to me.
I've contacted a support email about it and its been over a week with no solution, and very little support. The individual on my case is not prompt at all.
This is very frustrating, I would hope that the support system would handle things promptly, especially if there is someone working with you already.
Is there a better way to solve this or are others having the same problem?
