At this point, basically you tried all the troubleshoot steps that we recommend for this type of scenario, one more thing to do, if you have the option of course, will be to test the unit with a different power adapter and to make sure that the monitor and the video cable are working properly.
If after trying the steps above the issue persists, then the next thing to do will be to get in contact with the place of purchase to confirm if they can replace it for you or to contact Intel directly to verify if the unit is eligible for warranty replacement:
