I understand you are trying to redeem game codes but you are getting some problems with the code. I apologize for any inconvenience on this matter. Let me forward this information to the appropriate department. They will contact you as soon as possible with a resolution of this matter.
The Intel folks who will have to fix the website issues are probably on vacation (due to the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday). They are supposed to be back in the office tomorrow. Watch for updates...
Thanks for letting us know about this. We found a bug with a new functionality that was added to the redemption process. I apologize for the inconvenience. The fix was implemented on Sunday.
