For testing purposes, could you please try the following version Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.45] and share your results?
Hi Amy, following that link, I manually rolled back the display driver to 154702.4815 and that solved the issue.
There must be something wrong with 220.127.116.1149.
