Hi everyone,
I have recently bought a new Hisense smart tv 7 series and I am not able to connect it to my HP Laptop. The TV does connect to Android devices flawlessly but when I want to connect it with my laptop this error pops up: something went wrong, your display couldn't connect. I have an HP laptop with the following configs:

Hi Nim@,
I understand you have new Smart TV but you are unable to connect it using HP* Laptop. Let me help you on this matter.
I have been searching for the computer model number to know the exact video ports but I did not find the computer model 80C2.
Can you provide the exact computer model number? This might be located on the laptop itself.
Additionally, I will need the current graphics drivers version and the type of video cable you connect the TV and the laptop.
Thank you for your time.

Hi Allan,
Many thanks for your reply and sorry for my late response.
The laptop model is HP Notebook - 15-ac021tx. I am trying to connect it via wireless and AnyCast on my TV. It has two graphics chipsets, one is AMD Radeon R5 M330 and the other one is Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500.
Cheers,
Nima

Hi Nim@,
Thank you for the clarification.
Please bear in mind that Intel can help you when you are trying to use multi-monitor feature via video cables such HDMI to HDMI or DisplayPort to DisplayPort, if you are trying to connect wirelessly this means you are using Microsoft* Miracast from your laptop to any wireless device.
The support for wireless display connection is handled by Microsoft*, please check the link below for additional assistance:
