Intel RST RAID - disks won't appear in Linux

    Dadas

      Hello

I have recently bought a new laptop (Alienware 13) and discovered that it supports Intel RST technology, so I have set up a RAID 0 array consisting of two 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD Disks.

Everything works great on Windows, but Linux doesn't even detect the disks.

They work just fine when I disable RAID and enable AHCI interface. As soon as I enable RAID, they just won't show up on Linux (latest ubuntu), even when no RAID array is configured.

Is there some special Kernel version that I should try? Recompile kernel with some special parameters? Or maybe some special distribution that I should try?

I have tried to search online for a long time, but couldn't find any solution for this issue, sorry to bother you.

      Thanks in advance
