You cannot find a compatible driver because there isn't one. You have a 1st generation Intel Core i7 processor and a 5 Series chipset. No support for Windows 10 is provided for this hardware. The Microsoft compatibility drivers are the only ones that cover your hardware.
Are you thinking to develop at least one driver for Windows 10 or should I rollback to 7 to have full compatibility with the drivers?
Because lately I'm having few issues with my hard disk (100% load with noone that is using it) and since all the operation I did (defrag, antivirus, chkdsk) did not solve the problem, I was thinking about updating the drivers, expecially the chipset's one.
The latest driver that I was trying to install it's compatible with my hardware if I'll rollback to 7, right?

Correct. Windows 7 is the last version of Windows fully supported by/for the 5 Series chipsets.
