Hi Vizal. Thank you so much for your patience. Our DSA team released an updated version of IDSA earlier this week on Tuesday December 5th. The newest version is 126.96.36.199. This new version had some UI enhancements and bug fixes. If you wouldn't mind uninstalling the DSA version you have via Control Panel, deleting any log files found in the C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA folder, then doing a fresh install from either the main Intel DSA install page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html or from the actual Download Center location https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant, and try running the DSA scan. If it continues to not run as intended, please send your log files and a screen shot of the error.
