Just to let you know, the Intel graphics drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work with your system, that is why we recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer.
Since the Intel® i7-5550U processor works with the HD graphics 6000, we can try to install the latest version of the graphics driver for that controller, which is 4703: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26984/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=86211
If the problem remains after that, a BIOS update might be needed and in that case we recommend to get in contact with the manufacturer of the device directly.
