In order to troubleshoot your problem, Please include the following information to help us diagnose the problem.
- Are you connecting to the cluster from Linux or OS X or Windows ?
- Include the screenshots of the error
- Is your Colfax key is loaded in Pageant

Just checked, both your direct access and batch accounts are active. Please try accessing your account, if not we can deactivate existing account and send you new credentials.
Thanks a lot for the quick response. I mistook my vLabs account to be colfax account and raised this request. I just checked that my colfax accounts are working fine. Is it possible for you to resolve the issue with the vLabs account? Thanks!
