I would like to replicate this problem but I need additional hardware configuration. Please run the following utility and attach the results.
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.
Also, if this issue happens only with 4k videos, can you provide a link where I can download those videos?
If possible step by step information about this issue that way I can replicate it.
