Remember that the Intel graphics drivers are generic, which means they might or might not work with your platform. That is why we recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the notebook.
What is the model of the notebook?
Did you try to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of it?
If after trying those drivers the problem remains, since the device works with the Intel® HD 620 graphics controller, we can always try to install driver version 4678:
A BIOS update might be also a good thing to try, the manufacturer of the notebook will be able to let you know how to do that.
