      Hi All,

I see the following crash infrequently while I was working the console through uart interface. Any thing alarming about this crash?

          Hello Hari,

Thank you for your interest in Intel products.
I would like to know a little bit more information regarding your issue. Could you please provide the following information?
How are you powering the Joule board? Are you using a 12VDC supply in the DC input jack?
Additionally, I would like to let you know that the official Joule’s image we support is the Ref-OS-IoT, for that reason I’d suggest you to try installing that one to do your tests.

            Hi Alexandra,

I have joule module mounted on to our custom baseboard which is battery operated and has provision to be chargeable with 12 V supply.

            We use 6900mAh 3.7V 25.53Wh battery.

Between I am using OS 1706 release package-precompiled.

              Hi Hari,

The board was designed and tested for a specific use case, running off a 12V, 3A power source, as specified in the link below:

Please try to connect your board directly to a 12 VDC power supply.
Let me know if you still get the same error.
