Thank you for reaching the Intel Communities.
I understandyou would like to check if there are drivers available for your system's chipset, we can certainly check on that.
I would like to get a quick report from your system to provide an accurate answer to your inquiry.
Please attach the Intel(R) SSU report to your answer.

Thanks for the reply. I have attached the ssu output file in the original thread (ssu.txt).
I have the Chipset version v10.1.1.14 installed on the system but I want to install the latest chipset driver on the system.
Please help me in getting the latest chipset driver version.
Thank you for the information provided, Prabu
Since this is a SOC processor, regularly the drivers are provided by the board manufacturer.
I can provide a generic driver to you, but I cannot assure the system will work with it. Please keep that in mind.
This is the driver to be used: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility-?product=1145
If not able to install it, please reach the motherboard manufacturer to get drivers from them.
Thanks for the reply. I am trying to install the version 10.1.1.42 on the device, will let you know the outcome.
The latest chipset driver version that I can able to install on this device is v10.1.1.14.
Could you please explain why this version v10.1.1.14 is getting installed but not the latest version?
The driver version that you have provided v10.1.1.42 was not getting installed on the device.
When I try to execute SetupChipset.exe the exe executes and it completes the execution but I still see the Chipset driver not installed in device manager even after restart of the device.
Thank you for reporting back, Prabu
This is probably the latest version your board supports (v10.1.1.14)
This can be related to what I mentioned before (SOC processor) with that type of configuration, the drivers are provided by the board manufacturer, we provide generic drivers for chipsets on regular desktop systems, the ones that do not have the processor soldered on the board.
If the system is not working as desired (performance issues or any other sort of problem that is not related to the driver update), please let me know.
Thanks for the reply. I will check with the board manufacturer for Chipset drivers.
Thanks for your support!
